These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services made available on or
through http://www.1solution.in and/or the 1
solution mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services made
available on or through the Platform, the
“Services”). These Terms also include our privacy policy, available
at https://www.1solution.in (“Privacy Policy”), and any guidelines,
additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by
us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”).
The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In
the event of a conflict between these Terms
and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental
Terms will prevail.
The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between 1 Solution (a company
incorporated under the Companies Act,
2013 with its registered address at 1103, Floor-11th,Rehab Bldg 2, Mahalaxmi View Coop HSG
Ltd Keshavrao Khadye Marg,Mahalaxmi
Bridge, Tardeo Mumbai ,Maharashtra 400034 IN , and its and its affiliates (“1 Solution”, “we”,
“us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the
Services, or any legal entity on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”). By using the Services,
you represent and warrant that you
have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you
represent any other person, you confirm and
represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person to these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms,
as amended from time to time, and
that you will comply with the requirements listed here. These Terms expressly supersede any
prior written agreements with you. If you
do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the
Services.
1. SERVICES
The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and
schedule different home-based services with
independent service providers, of those services (“Workers”). As a part of the Services, 1
Solution the transfer of payments to
Service Professionals for the services they render to you and collects payments on behalf
of such Workers.
The services rendered by “Workers”. Workers are solely liable and responsible for the
Services that they offer or otherwise provide
through the Platform.
The Platform is for your personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed
upon in accordance with the terms of a
separate agreement. Please note that the Platform is intended for use only within India.
You agree that in the event you avail the
Services from a legal jurisdiction other than the territory of India, you will be deemed to
have accepted the 1 Solution’s terms and
conditions applicable to that jurisdiction.
A key part of the Services is 1 Solution’s ability to send you text messages, electronic
mails, or WhatsApp messages, including in
connection with your bookings, your utilization of the Services, or as a part of its
promotional and marketing strategies. While you
may opt out of receiving these text messages by contacting 1 solution at
support@1solution.in or through the in-Platform settings,
you agree and acknowledge that this may impact 1 Solution’s ability to provide the
Services (or a part of the Services) to you.
In certain instances, you may be required to furnish identification proof to avail the
Services, and hereby agree to do so. A failure to
comply with this request may result in your inability to use the Services.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the
Platform (“Account”). For this Account, you may be required
to furnish certain details, including but not limited to your phone number. To create an
Account, you must be at least 18 years of
age.
You warrant that all information furnished in connection with your Account is and shall
remain accurate and true. You agree to
promptly update your details on the Platform in the event of any change to or
modification of this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your
Account and agree to immediately notify us of
any disclosure or unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security with
respect to your Account.
You are liable and accountable for all activities that take place through your Account,
including activities performed by persons
other than you. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account.
You agree to receive communications from us regarding (i) requests for payments, (ii)
information about us and the Services, (iii)
promotional offers and services from us and our third-party partners, and (iv) any other
matter in relation to the Services.
3. USERS CONTENT
To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the
Platform (“Account”). For this Account, you may be required
to furnish certain details, including but not limited to your phone number. To create an
Account, you must be at least 18 years of
age.
You warrant that all information furnished in connection with your Account is and shall
remain accurate and true. You agree to
promptly update your details on the Platform in the event of any change to or

You agree to receive communications from us regarding (i) requests for payments, (ii)
information about us and the Services, (iii)
promotional offers and services from us, and (iv) any other matter in relation to the
Services.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable,
sublicensable, and royalty-free license to
(i) Use, publish, display, store, host, transfer, process, communicate, distribute, make available,
modify, adapt, translate, and create
derivative works of the User Content for the functioning of, and in connection with, our
housemaid services.
(ii) Use User Content for the limited purposes of advertising and promoting our housemaid
services or presenting evidence before a
court or authority of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws.
You hereby waive any claims arising out of moral rights or similar rights relating to the
User Content in connection with these
Terms and the licenses granted under this clause.
You agree and acknowledge that we may, without prior notice, remove or restrict access
to User Content that, at our sole
discretion, violates these Terms.
You agree that we may, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, collect and use your
personal data for the provision of our services.
The Privacy Policy is available at https://www.1solution.in and explains the categories of
personal data we collect or otherwise
process about you and how we process such data.
In addition to any consent you provide pursuant to the Privacy Policy, you consent to us
sharing your information with our affiliates
or service providers. We may use information and data related to your use of our
services for purposes such as service provision,
analytics, trend identification, statistical analysis, and enhancing the effectiveness and
efficiency of our housemaid services. This
may also include offering beneficial schemes, new promotions, or improving your overall
experience.
Subject to applicable laws, we may be required by law enforcement agencies,
government authorities, or related bodies to disclose
data pertaining to you in connection with criminal or civil proceedings. You understand
and agree that, in such cases, we shall have
the right to share such data with the relevant agencies or bodies.
4. BOOKING AND ACCOUNT CREATION
To access the services offered by 1 Solution through our platform, 1 Solution (the
"App"), it is mandatory for you to create an
account on the App. During the registration process, you are required to provide
accurate and complete information, including but
not limited to your full name, valid email address, and active phone number ("Basic
Details").
Upon successful account creation, you will be able to browse and select the specific
services you wish to hire. Failure to provide
accurate information during registration or service selection may result in the
suspension or termination of your account without
prior notice.
5. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT
You acknowledge and agree that the provision of services through the App is subject to your subscription to a minimum one-month service plan (the "Subscription Plan") for the required services. The Subscription Plan ensures a consistent and uninterrupted provision of services and is non-refundable, except as expressly provided under applicable laws or company policies.
The subscription fee shall be paid in advance and in accordance with the pricing structure specified in the App at the time of booking. Your subscription will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Subscription Plan, which may be updated from time to time.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in the discontinuation of services, and 1 Solution shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused as a result of such discontinuation.
Customer Acknowledgment By creating an account and subscribing to the services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of 1 Solution as detailed herein and within the App. Your continued use of the App and services shall constitute acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
6. PRICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS
1 Solution (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a service provider specializing in offering various household services through its network of professional housemaids (hereinafter referred to as "Workers"). The Company is committed to ensuring the timely and proper remuneration of its Workers in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Provision of Services: The Company acts as an intermediary between customers (hereinafter referred to as "Subscribers") and Workers, facilitating the delivery of household services under subscription-based agreements entered into by the Subscribers with the Company.
Collection of Subscriptions: The Company shall collect subscription fees from Subscribers as per the agreed-upon terms of service. These fees represent the consideration paid by the Subscribers for the services rendered by the Workers.
Disbursement of Payment: The Company shall remit the wages due to Workers on or before the 5th day of each calendar month, provided the corresponding subscription payments have been received from the Subscribers. The Company shall ensure the accurate calculation and prompt disbursal of such wages to maintain compliance with its obligations.
No Direct Payment Relationship: Subscribers shall not engage in direct monetary transactions with the Workers. All payments shall be routed through the Company to ensure proper accounting, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Obligations of the Company: The Company warrants that the collected subscription fees, after deducting applicable administrative charges, if any, shall be forwarded to the Workers without undue delay. The Company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to withholding payments, in cases of breach of service terms or non-compliance by Workers.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays in subscription collections or external factors beyond the Company’s control, the Company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that Workers receive their wages in a timely manner.
This clause is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Mumbai Maharashtra.
7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY
Non-Discrimination Policy 1 Solution strictly prohibits discrimination against Workers based on race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable laws. Discriminatory behavior includes but is not limited to refusing services on any of these grounds.
Courtesy and Respect:
We require customers to treat housemaids with courtesy, dignity, and respect. It is your responsibility to ensure that the housemaid is provided with a safe, clean, and appropriate environment to perform their services. A housemaid reserves the right to refuse services if the environment provided is unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate, or if they are subjected to disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
1 Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you behave in a manner deemed discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful toward housemaids.
Customer Responsibility You agree to:
Avoid discrimination and provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for housemaids to perform their duties.
Disclose any information relevant to the housemaid’s ability to provide services or any factors that could affect their health, safety, or well-being.
Accept liability for any discriminatory behavior or failure to provide the required safe and suitable conditions for housemaids.
You agree that in the event a Service Professional behaves in a manner that is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or in violation of the law, you shall be required to report such incident to support@1solution.in at the earliest but in any event within 48 (forty eight) hours of such incident.
8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You represent and warrant that all information that you provide in relation to the Services is complete, true, and correct on the date of agreeing to these Terms and shall continue to be complete, true, and correct while you avail the Services. Should any information that you provide change during the existence of these Terms, you undertake to immediately bring such change to our notice. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that you may suffer or incur if any information, documentation, material, or data, provided to avail the Services is incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading or if you fail to disclose any material fact.
You shall extend all cooperation to us in our defence of any proceedings that may be initiated against us due to a breach of your obligations or covenants under these Terms.
In respect of the User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own all intellectual property rights (or have obtained all necessary permissions) to provide User Content and to grant the licences under these Terms;
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account on the Platform and all User Content;
The User Content does not and shall not violate any of your obligations or responsibilities under other agreements;
The User Content does not and shall not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any intellectual property right or other proprietary right including the right of publicity or privacy of any person or entity;
The User Content does not and shall not contain any viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files or content;
The User Content does not belong to any other person to which you do not have any right, does not threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, cause incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting another nation, is not defamatory, grossly harmful, blasphemous, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, discriminatory based on gender, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to, or encouraging money laundering or gambling, libellous, hateful, racist, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, harmful to children, or otherwise offensive, objectionable, or restricts, or inhibits, any other person from using or enjoying the Services.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interest in, and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights arising out of the Services, are owned by or otherwise licensed to us.
We may request you to submit suggestions and other feedback, including bug reports, relating to the Services. We may freely use, copy, disclose, publish, display, distribute, and exploit the Feedback we receive from you.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not guarantee or warrant the reliability, quality, or suitability of the Service Professionals.
11. INDEMNITY
You shall indemnify, defend at our option, and hold us harmless from and against any claim, demand, lawsuits, judicial proceeding, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs due to or arising out of your access to the Services, use of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
12. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAWS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms.
Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences, arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
You may contact our Company with any complaints or queries relating to the Services or these Terms through registered post or through email, at support@1solution.in. We shall ensure that your complaint is resolved within timelines prescribed by applicable laws.
14. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The Terms are subject to revisions at any time, and all changes are effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform.
We reserve the right at any time to add, modify, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof).
